    Please be advised, Unreal Mobile is a VoIP service. VoIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol. Essentially, it means data, or the internet is used for calling and texting instead of the cellular network. Therefore, instead of requiring hardwired phone lines, audio (meaning your voice when you are speaking to someone on your phone) is digitally converted into data and sent over the internet to your person receiving your call.

    The Unreal Mobile application is required for your service to work. The Unreal Mobile app is the connection between our service and your device, it makes service work, calls and texts are through the app.

    Upon reviewing the account associated with your profile, our records show the Unreal Mobile application has not been downloaded. Please keep in mind the application is required for calling and texting. Therefore, to ensure service works properly, please be sure to download the correct app for iOS here.

    "Data works but calls and messages do not." ( calls and messages through the Unreal Mobile app do not work)
    "App says my service is not active but online it says It is." (The unreal mobile app tells me my service is not active and to check my account online. When I log onto the website it tells me my service is active.)

    "I have deleted the app and reinstalled." (I have deleted the Unreal Mobile app and reinstalled the Unreal Mobile app)

    "I have synced the app with the account." (On the main screen of the Unreal Mobile app it has a sync button at the top. I pressed that button. It tells me my service is not active and directs me to check online for my account status)

    My service is active because I can use data. But as far as the Unreal Mobile app, it does not work. Now if there is something other than downloading the apn settings, downloading the Unreal mobile app, allowing permissions, logging in, and choosing a phone number that I need to do to get the unreal mobile app to work please let me know because I don't see any other options.
