    Have you verified with the sender that he is actually sending just one text message with the whole phrase?

    Is this happening with all phone numbers, or is this happening with just one specific phone number?

    Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see on your end?

    I only find out because I query the last messages, or someone says, "Hey, did you get my text?" and I did not.

    Dunno if it's happening with all. It's happening with many.

    Well, I obviously can't send you things that don't show up on my phone, but I do have a screenshot from a friend who wondered why I wasn't responding.
