    My phone got disconnected because of email how do I get reconnected.I have had trouble getting technical support concerning these issues.

    I can't use my phone. When I log in to my account, it says: "Your UNREAL Mobile service is inactive due to an unforseen technical issue. Please click to contact customer service." 
    But when i click on that link/URL doesn't work.

    Please help.
