    Hello Lyle Keeton!

Thanks for reaching out, we apologize for the delay in getting back to you and for the inconveniences you've been experiencing with the service.

Please make sure all permissions are enabled in the Unreal Mobile Messaging app. It is essential that the Unreal Mobile app is set to your primary messaging and calling application, and has all the necessary permissions to work properly. If you haven't set Unreal Mobile Messaging as the default messaging application, you can do so in the Settings menu of your phone.

You might also attempt saving a shorter custom voicemail greeting.

Let us know what the results are, if the issue persists after this, please confirm the last four digits of the phone number associated with your current concern in order to continue assisting you.

    Last four digits are 2149.

I've double checked all permissions. I've tried both short (a few seconds) and longer (10 seconds) greetings.

It said this app keeps force closing and I chose to send crash log to developers, so maybe that helps. I'll try to look in the logs too.

Hi Lyle, thanks for the information!

Upon reviewing the account associated with phone number ending in 2149, we noticed you're currently being assisted by one of our representatives through a Private Message, although that PM is related to an issue when receiving calls, we will relay this additional information to our representative in order to investigate if both issues are related.

To avoid confusion, please refer to the PM previously mentioned as our representative will be providing you with further updates there.

We appreciate your patience and support!
