Account suspended, cannot make payment

My account was suspended on Feb 9 and the message says "Your card does not support this type of transaction." I've used this card for years with my account. I've tried changing it and after 6 cards it still gives me the same error. There is nothing wrong with my cards.
I just want want to make a payment and get my phone working again!
