This information applies if you're trying to bring a phone number into your UNREAL Mobile account from another carrier. If you're instead, trying to take your UNREAL Mobile phone number to another carrier, click here to read those instructions.
Transfer during the activation process
Transferring your phone number must be done during the activation process.
IMPORTANT: Your phone number cannot be transferred after activation of the SIM card is finished.
If you plan to transfer a phone number in from another carrier, including from your old UNREAL Mobile account, that transfer must be selected during the activation process.
Visit unrealmobile.com/start and enter your SIM card number. Then log in using the online email and password you created when you placed your order.
If you're coming from the older UNREAL Mobile SIM cards, register for a new account.
Choose Transfer Over Your Existing Number and ﬁll in all required ﬁelds. It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer.
Prepaid wireless accounts all have Account Numbers and Passwords, even if you don't know them. If in doubt, please contact your current wireless provider and request your Account Number and Password to ensure a smooth port-in process.

For customers using our older, Standard SIM cards

Porting your phone number is an easy process. You will need the following information from your old carrier:
• The phone number you wish to port
• Your Account number
• Your PIN number
• The street address associated with your old account
Our website will ask for your full name, address, and other personal information. Please remember, it must match the information that is on file with your old carrier. If anything does not match, we won’t be able to port your phone number over. That’s why it’s a good idea to speak with a representative for your old carrier, so you can confirm the correct information.
Please Note! If you have a GSM (SIM card) you must select an UNREAL Mobile number first, before you begin the porting process. Click here to learn how to get an UNREAL number for your account.
Do not cancel your old account!
Make sure you DO NOT cancel your old account. It must to remain active in order for us to obtain your phone number. Once your number has been moved over to your UNREAL account, you may cancel your old account.
Make sure, to speak with a customer service representative and specifically request your account ID and PIN number for porting purposes. Sometimes, if you check online, there are different numbers that can be considered your “account ID” and you don’t want to get the wrong information.
Once you have that information, complete the number transfer.
Step 1: Log into your account at my.unrealmobile.com
Step 2: Select the account you want to make changes to. If you have more than one account, make sure you open the correct one, because each account has a separate phone number.
Step 3: Click on the Devices button from the menu at the top of the page
Step 4: Click the Transfer Number button in the bottom corner
Step 5: From here, you'll need to enter the phone number you want to port and other account information.
Step 6: Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click the Start Transfer button.
It can take 2 to 3 business days for the transfer to go through if there are no problems with the information entered or your phone accounts.
Bringing a phone number over from FreedomPop
If you are coming from FreedomPop to UNREAL Mobile, transferring your phone number is easy. To start, make sure that you have signed up for UNREAL Mobile, by going to unrealmobile.com, and make sure that you have received your SIM card or phone in the mail.

After you have completed the phone number transfer process, and your details have been successfully assigned to your UNREAL Mobile account, make sure to reset the mobile application.
