Transfer during the activation process
Transferring your phone number must be done during the activation process. Unfortunately, your phone number cannot be transferred after activation of the SIM card is complete.
This is a limitation set by our underlying carrier. If you'd like to test a new line first, we recommend that you port over your phone number after your 90 day cycle is up.
How to transfer you phone number:
It's easy! Visit unrealmobile.com/start and enter your SIM card number. Then log in using the online email and password you created when you placed your order.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to bring your current phone number to UNREAL Mobile, be sure to choose the option to Port Your Existing Number and ﬁll in all required ﬁelds. It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer.
Prepaid wireless accounts all have Account Numbers and Passwords, even if you don't know them. If in doubt, please contact your current wireless provider and request your Account Number and Password to ensure a smooth port-in process.
After your number transfer is finished, setup the SIM. Insert your SIM card and power on your device. Once your device has powered on, you will receive a message to complete your automatic APN setup. Follow the quick and easy steps to confirm set up and start using your new UNREAL Mobile service!
