Thank you for making the switch to UNREAL Mobile Premium. Please follow the instructions below to get started with your Premium service! Make sure to activate before your billing cycle renews to avoid charges. A payment is required to start up service with your new SIM card, and begin a new billing cycle.
IMPORTANT: If you are porting your phone number over from your existing UNREAL Mobile account be sure to keep your old account active until the porting process has finished.
To begin, visit https://www.unrealmobile.com/activate and enter your SIM card ICCID number. Then click "Validate".
IMPORTANT: Your validated SIM card will say GSM SIM without a plan. That is normal! Continue with the activation process.
Once your sim card has been validated you will need to register for a NEW account. The account used at my.unrealmobile.com will not work here, but feel free to sign up for your new account with the same email address, and even the same password, that you used before.
Next, select the service plan that best fits your needs.
We offer a variety of affordable talk, text and data plans built to fit your usage needs. Select a plan, enter your billing information and checkout. After you pay for your plan, you'll be taken back to the SIM card activation process, to finish.
When you've finished checking out, you'll return to activation. Get a new UNREAL Mobile phone number from us, or bring your phone number over from your my.unrealmobile.com account.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to bring in your existing UNREAL Mobile phone number be sure to check the box that says "Would you like to port your existing number?" and ﬁll in all of the required fields. It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can cause delays to the transfer.
Find your port out information by logging into my.unrealmobile.com and clicking on Settings, then Port Out Info. From here, you can see the Account and PIN number (also known as the password) needed to transfer your phone number.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the phone number transfer process to complete. Your phone number transfer may be completed sooner, if all information is entered accurately. You must wait for the phone number transfer process to finish before you setup and use your new SIM card. You can view the status of your phone number transfer from unrealmobile.com/my-lines.
If you instead, wish to get a new UNREAL Mobile phone number, do NOT check the "Would you like to port your existing wireless number?" box. The Service Zip Code you enter will be used to generate your area code and your new phone number.
PLEASE NOTE: You can port a phone number in from any carrier as long as you have the Account number and PIN number (also called the password) from that carrier. If all the information that you provide is accepted, the port in process can take anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours. However, porting in a landline number can take about 14 working days.
If in doubt, please contact your current wireless provider and request your Account Number and PIN (Password) to ensure a smooth port-in process.
Finally, after the activation process and number transfer is complete, insert your SIM card and power on your device. You will receive a message to complete automatic APN setup. Follow the quick and easy steps to confirm set up and start using your new UNREAL Mobile service!
