Out with the old, in with the new!
We’re happy to reveal our new, easy-to-use website. Enjoy simpler account management tools and a more intuitive layout. Sign up at unrealmobile.com/my-lines. Click Register and create a new account.
The new account management portal goes hand-in-hand with our upgraded, Premium SIM cards.
Tell me about these new SIM cards
You may be familiar with our VoIP SIM cards and account management portal at my.unrealmobile.com.
Thanks to some recent upgrades to our service, we're offering native cellular service (non-VoIP) that provides a faster, more reliable experience and clearer call quality in many areas of the country.
How do I move over to the new SIM card and online portal?
To begin using this SIM card and the new account management portal, visit unrealmobile.com/plans, and purchase a SIM card.
Register for a new account during the checkout process.
Once you have received your new SIM card in the mail, activate it by going to unrealmobile.com/activate and complete the setup process to get your service up and running.
An UNREAL Mobile customer service representative can move over your phone number, however your payment history, usage history, and other details will remain available at my.unrealmobile.com and your old SIM card will be discarded.
What about my data, plan and Subscription Credit?
Because we manage this new platform differently than the one at my.unrealmobile.com, we cannot apply your data or subscription credit to your new UNREAL Mobile account. Please use any data or credit you have before making the transition.
The plans that we offer for Premium (non-VoIP) SIM cards are different from the plans we offer for our VoIP SIM cards. After purchasing a new Premium SIM card, you'll have to select one of our new plans. Click here to see our full list of available plans.
Please Note! If you purchased a Native, Premium SIM card (non-VoIP) and you signed up for a 3 month, 6 months, or 12-month plan, you'll still be able to use those plans on our old website platform with the same assigned phone number. Your plan type and time will change if you're moving from our older site to our new and improved site.
When you're ready, visit unrealmobile.com to start moving over.
