Can I check my voicemail messages from another phone?

Yes! On our GSMA network, you are able to check your voicemail from another phone using the simple instructions below.

1. Dial your Unreal Mobile number from another phone.
2. Once you hear the voicemail greeting, press *.
3. Enter your voicemail password and follow the prompts to review your voicemails.

Note: If you are using our GSMT service, this feature is not available at this time.

This information applies to older, Standard SIMs

Yes! You are able to check your voicemail messages from another android or iPhone by downloading the UNREAL Mobile application and logging into your UNREAL Mobile phone account. 

Step 1: Visit the Google Play Store (on an Android phone) or the App Store (on an iPhone) 

Step 2: Search for, and download, the UNREAL Mobile app

Step 3: Open, then log into the application using your UNREAL Mobile credentials. 

Step 4: Confirm synchronization of the mobile application's saved messages.
