Help with international calling and texting

For customers using our Premium cellular voice SIM cards

International calling is free to over 80 countries and UNREAL Mobile offers free global texting with all monthly phone plans.  Jump to the bottom of this article for a full list of supported countries. 

After you confirm that your country is accommodated, place your call. To place an international call, please dial 011 + country code + phone number.

For example, say you'd like to place a call to the National Library in Spain, whose phone number is +34  915 80 78 00. 

34 is the country code. You would dial 011  34 915 80 78 00. 

If you cannot dial direct, you will need an access code

If you’re unable to connect, you may need to use the international access code. Dial 1-712-775-8888. Wait until you hear the beep and then dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number. 

For example, say you'd like to place a call to the National Library in Spain, whose phone number is +34  915 80 78 00.

34 is the country code. You would dial 1 712 775 8888, wait until you hear the two-tone beep, and then dial 011 34 915 80 78 00.
