Your phone may not be fully activated
When using your iPhone, you may get the following error message: “The internet connection appears to be offline”. This will typically occur when your phone has not yet been activated. To fix this problem, please complete the following steps.

This page will help you with your CDMA (Sprint Compatible) phone. If you purchased a GSM SIM card, click here.
Important Information: Even if you purchased a CDMA phone from us (or completed a BYOP activation) your device may still require a SIM card to function properly. The SIM card inside of your CDMA device does not affect your ability to call or text, it only affects your phone's 4G signal. Click here to learn more about CDMA phone SIM cards.
Make sure the device is activated
Step 1: Open the UNREAL Mobile application
Step 2: Tap on the Account tab
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on Logout
Step 4: Tap 'Join UNREAL'
Step 5: Follow the instruction to activate the phone
Complete a Service Update
Step 1: Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network
Step 2: Tap your phone Home button once to go to your phone's home screen
Step 3: Tap on the green phone icon -- NOT your UNREAL Mobile application
(If you cannot find it, swipe down from the Home screen and locate the search bar at the top of the screen. In the Search bar, type in 'Phone')
Step 4: Dial ##873283# and then tap on 'Starting Service Update
Step 5: Wait until you see 'Service Update complete'
Step 6: Go back to the UNREAL application and log in again
Step 7: Try calling & texting again to see if the problem is resolved
Next, enable Cellular Data
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to the UNREAL Mobile application
Step 3: Make sure Cellular Data is enabled
Still having problems? Reset Your Settings
Step 1: Go to the phone Settings app
Step 2: Go to General
Step 3: Tap on Reset
Step 4: Tap on Reset All Settings
