We will not disrupt your current service. We’re planning no major changes to any existing plans.
We will provide the added bonus of live customer service agents along with more control and transparency over your billing and account management.
What should I do now?
You’ll receive a new SIM card in the mail. This SIM provides Premium cellular voice service and advanced calling features. Activate it by going to unrealmobile.com/activate. Enter the ICCID number into the field on the website and then select a plan for the SIM card. Finally,decide if you’d like to bring your number over from another carrier or get a new number. Will my preloaded semi-annual or annual plan be discontinued?
Some plans will change. Visit unrealmobile.com/plans to see our available plans.
I purchased a SIM from a retail store but haven’t activated it yet, will my purchase be honored?
Yes! Please follow the activation instructions you received with your SIM kit. If the SIM card you purchased is one of our older, Standard SIM cards, we encourage you to upgrade to the Premium SIM card by purchasing a plan from unrealmobile.com/plans after your current plan ends.
I purchased a SIM/Hotspot and haven’t received it, will my order be canceled?
No. Please be assured all orders are being processed as usual.
