Will my pre-loaded SIM details transfer to the new SIM?
If your current billing cycle is scheduled to end after 10/15/2020, the remaining plan balance will be honored on your Premium Voice account. Upon SIM validation the system should recognize the SIM with a preloaded plan based on the original plan.

UNREAL Mobile works with retailers like Best Buy and Target
We sell pre-loaded UNREAL Mobile SIM cards through Best Buy, Target, and other retailers. We also sell prepaid UNREAL Mobile hotspot devices and phones.
What is a Preloaded SIM?
When you purchase a pre-loaded SIM card, you'll purchase service for a set period of time (3 months of service). During the activation process, you will not need to select a plan, nor will you need to enter payment information.
NOTE: This means, when you reach the end of your billing cycle, you'll need to manually refill your plan to avoid service interruption. Click here to learn how to refill your account.
How to activate your SIM
Step 1: Purchase your UNREAL Mobile SIM card from the retailer of your choice. If you purchase a pre-loaded SIM card, you'll pay for your service right away.
Step 2: Once you receive the SIM card (either you'll walk out of the store with it, or it arrives in the mail after being shipped by the third party company) you will need to activate it. Go to unrealmobile.com/activate.
Step 3: Enter the MEID number on the back of your product's package, and the email address you want to use with your account. Answer all of the questions to create your UNREAL Mobile account.
Step 4: You will be asked to select a phone number once your account is made. Transfer one over from another carrier, or get a new number. If you decide to get a new one, you'll get to pick an area code or the city you want the number located in.
Step 5: You'll receive a text message when your SIM is activated. The text will let you know your phone is registered.
If you find that you cannot connect using your phone, you may need to configure APN network settings manually. This article goes over the APN configuration steps in detail.
What happens after the pre-loaded time period is over?
You will need to enter payment information by going to your http://my.unrealmobile.com/ account. After entering payment details you will be able to continue using the UNREAL Mobile service. Without entering this information, your account will be suspended.

How are returns or exchanges handled?
If you would like to return or exchange your UNREAL Mobile product, you will need to contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Any returns or exchanges for UNREAL Mobile products from third party retailers are subject to said retailer's return & exchange policy.

Please Note! If you purchased the pre-loaded SIM card, you are not required to enter payment information, since you have already paid for your first three months of service. This means, when your billing cycle ends, your service will be suspended when your first three months are over.
If you do not want to add payment information right away, it can be added at a later time. Simply log in at my.unrealmobile.com and click on Billing.
Step 4: You will be asked to select a phone number once your account is made. You'll get to pick an area code or the city you want the number located in.

You will need to enter payment information by going to your http://my.unrealmobile.com/ account. After entering payment details you will be able to continue using the UNREAL Mobile service. Without entering this information, your account will be suspended.
Please Note! Unfortunately, we do not recognize retailer discounts or promotions. For example, if Best Buy is having a sale, and you purchase the $17.99 1GB SIM card at a discounted price, after activation, your renewal charge will still be the full price of $17.99.
So my account will renew every 3, 6, or 12 months?
Yes, your renewal will be every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on your plan. Your billing date will stay the same as well. For example, if you activated your 3 month, UNREAL Mobile pre-loaded SIM card for $17.99 on January 21st, and then enter billing information, you will be charged another $17.99, on April 21st. Your following expected billing date will be July 21st.
When will I be asked for billing information?
You are asked to enter billing information when you activate your SIM card. If you purchased a pre-loaded SIM, you do not have to enter it at this time (because you already paid at Best Buy, Target or whatever third party you purchased the device from) however it is recommended that you enter payment information at this time, to avoid account suspension after the 3-months pre-loaded period is over.
