UNREAL Mobile works with retailers like Best Buy and Target
We sell pre-loaded UNREAL Mobile SIM cards through Best Buy, Target, and other retailers. We also sell prepaid UNREAL Mobile hotspot devices and phones.
What's the difference between pre-loaded and prepaid?
When you purchase a pre-loaded SIM card, you'll purchase service for a set period of time (3 months of service). During the activation process, you will not need to select a plan, nor will you need to enter payment information.
Please Note! Although it's not required, it is recommended that you enter payment information, so you may continue service after your 3-month pre-loaded period is over. If not, your service will be suspended after 3 months.
When you purchase a prepaid UNREAL Mobile hotspot or phone, you are only purchasing the device. During the activation process, you will be asked to select a plan and enter your payment information.

How to activate your product
Step 1: Purchase your UNREAL Mobile SIM card, hotspot or phone from the retailer of your choice. If you purchase a pre-loaded SIM card, you'll pay for your first three months of service right away.
Step 2: Once you receive the SIM card -- either you'll walk out of the store with it, or it arrives in the mail after being shipped by the third party company -- you will need to activate it. Go to unrealmobile.com/activate.
Step 3: Enter the MEID number on the back of your product package, and the email address you want to use with your account. Answer all of the questions to create your UNREAL Mobile account.
Please Note! If you purchased the pre-loaded SIM card, you are not required to enter payment information, since you have already paid for your first three months of service, however, if you do not enter payment information, your service will be suspended when your first three months are over. If you do not want to add payment information right away, it can be added at a later time. Simply log in at my.unrealmobile.com and click on Billing.
If you purchased a prepaid SIM card, prepaid phone or a prepaid hotspot device, payment information is required at this time, and you must select a plan.
If you purchased a SIM Card or a phone, you will be asked to select a phone number once your account is made. You'll get to pick an area code or the city you want the number located in.

Some FAQs about pre-loaded SIM card kits
• What happens after the pre-loaded time period is over (3 months)?
You will need to enter payment information by going to your my.unrealmobile.com account. After entering this information you will be able to continue with the UNREAL Mobile service. Without entering this information, your account will be suspended.
• Will my price change?
Your renewal charge (the price you pay after your pre-loaded time period is over) does not change. For example, if you paid $17.99 in store for your 1GB 3 Month, SIM Kit, you will pay $17.99 again after your 3 months are over.
Please Note! Unfortunately, we do not recognize retailer discounts or promotions. For example, if Best Buy is having a sale, and you purchase the $17.99 1GB SIM card at a discounted price, after activation, your renewal charge will still be the full price of $17.99.
You can expect to incur this charge once every three months until you cancel service.
• So my account will renew every 3 months?
Yes, your renewal will be every 3 months. Your billing date will stay the same as well. For example, if you activated your UNREAL Mobile pre-loaded SIM card on January 21st, and then enter billing information, you will be charged another $17.99, on April 21st. Your next expected billing date will be July 21st.
When will I be asked for billing information?
You are asked to enter billing information when you activate your phone, hotspot or SIM card at unrealmobile.com/activate. If you purchased a pre-loaded SIM, you do not have to enter it at this time (because you already paid at Best Buy, Target or whatever third party you purchased the device from) however it is recommended that you enter payment information at this time, to avoid account suspension after the 3-months pre-loaded period is over.

How are returns or exchanges handled?
If you would like to return or exchange your UNREAL Mobile SIM card, phone or hotspot device, you will need to contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Any returns or exchanges for UNREAL Mobile products from third party retailers are subject to said retailer's return & exchange policy.
