I keep getting a porting exception
If you are trying to bring your phone number over to UNREAL Mobile, but you keep having a problem with the porting process, you need to make sure your information is 100% accurate. This information includes your account number, PIN number, the billing name and the physical address that is on file with your previous carrier.
Do not cancel your old account
The account where your phone number is coming from must be active until the porting process completes. If you have already canceled this account, we will not be able to acquire the phone number.
The best thing to do is to contact the customer service department for your old carrier and ask them for your port out information (account, PIN, etc). If possible, speak directly with their number transfer or porting department.
Sometimes, you'll be able to see an account number by logging into your old carrier's online account system or on the paper bill that you receive in the mail. This may not be the information used for porting so we recommend speaking with your old carriers customer service.
I ported successfully, but now I cannot make/receive calls
After porting your phone number, you must complete the following steps, to make sure your device recognizes it:
Carrier Reset (CDMA Phones Only)
This steps only applies to CDMA phones! Click here to learn how to complete a carrier reset. If you purchased the UNREAL Mobile SIM Card kit, skip to the Sync the App step.
Sync the App (Unreal Mobile SIM Cards do not require the above step)

I tried porting from UNREAL Mobile to another carrier
If you are attempting to port a number from UNREAL Mobile to another carrier, make sure your UNREAL Mobile account is still active. You will also need to be sure your account number and PIN are accurate.
NOTE! Please inform your new carrier upon submitting your UNREAL Mobile Port Out details, that you will need an extended FOC or estimated completion date. Please request a date of 4 to 5 business days.
How you can get your port out information
Including account number, PIN number, and name on your account, you will have to go here my.unrealmobile.com (Please click this link). Next, you will log in.
After you are logged in, then click on Settings. (upper right-hand corner of account).
Then, tap on the Port Out Info section.
All of your necessary port out info will be displayed once you click Port Out Info.
