Refresh your account by logging into unrealmobile.com/my-lines. Select your line and then click the red refresh button, next to the phone number.
Please remember, you do not need to use the UNREAL Mobile app to manage your phone or account. If the app was previously installed, please remove it from your device. Note: Text (SMS and MMS) records will be removed when the application is uninstalled.
For customers using our older, Standard SIM cards
Tapping the sync account button within your UNREAL Mobile application, ensures any changes made to your UNREAL Mobile account, are reflected on your phone.
For example, if you port in a new phone number to your UNREAL Mobile account, but you're not receiving any calls to your phone, this step will ensure that your phone is recognizing the new phone number.

Sync Account Data Steps for an Android phone
This step will make sure that your incoming calls, outgoing calls, and text messages all recognize your new phone number.
To sync your account with your app, open the UNREAL Mobile application on your phone. Tap on the Sync Account button in the bottom right, from the ACCOUNT tab.

This step will make sure that your incoming calls, outgoing calls, and text messages all recognize your new phone number.
To sync your account with the UNREAL Mobile app, open the UNREAL Mobile application on your phone. Tap on the circular icon in the top right corner of the app.
