If you are unable to configure APN network settings, your device is probably locked to a specific carrier, or it is a CDMA device.
Are you using an iPhone?
Apple made changes to its operating system; APN information is no longer visible under Settings. If you cannot locate the APN network settings option, this does not mean your phone is locked, or that it is a CDMA device. Click here to learn how to set up your iPhone device.
Our SIM cards work with GSM unlocked smartphone devices. This means, your phone can be used with AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, Cricket Wireless or any other GSM carrier; including UNREAL Mobile SIM card service.
If your device can only work with one carrier (for example, it can only work with AT&T or it can only work with T-Mobile) then you will not be able to configure APN settings, and you will not be able to use that device with us.
If your device was purchased from a CDMA carrier, like Sprint or Republic Wireless, the device won’t work with our service.
The phone must be a GSM device, and it must be unlocked.
If you’re unsure what type of device you have, the best thing to do is to reach out to the company that sold you the phone, to see if it is an unlocked and a GSM device.
