Paying your bill
UNREAL Mobile is a paperless company. When your billing cycle renews, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for any prepaid monthly data plan or added service that your account is signed up for. You don't have to do anything, we'll do all the work for you. You can see the day your billing cycle renews, by logging into my.unrealmobile.com.
Please Note: If you are given any subscription credit, that subscription credit can be used towards your monthly bill. Want to learn more about subscription credit? Click here.
How to update payment
Step 1: Log into your account at my.unrealmobile.com.
Step 2: Click on the Billing tab, from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click on Update Billing Information.
From here, you can update the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account on file. Any charges for your plan, services, or data usage will be deducted from this method of payments.

Types of Charges
If you incur a charge on your account, you may be confused as to what the charge is for. The following are a few reasons you may have incurred a charge on your account:
You've Placed an Order
If you have placed an order for a device, you will incur a charge. This involves going through our order process and entering your payment information on our checkout page. You will receive an email receipt with your device, detailing your total cost and any plans and services you have signed up for.
Monthly Plan and Service Charge
Your billing cycle renews every month on the same day. You are charged for your talk, text, and data plan along with any extra services you have signed up for. Remember, every UNREAL plan also comes standard with the Privacy and Basics feature bundle. Privacy Includes VPN and Ad Blocker. Basics include; Voicemail, MMS, group messaging & Data Rollover up to 500MB per month.
However you can sign up for added services, and they will add an additional cost to your monthly bill. These additional services include Data Saver, Speed Boost, Data Roll Over Plus and Device Warranty. If you'd like to learn more about our services, click here.
