To port your FreedomPop phone number into your UNREAL Mobile account, you'll need to get your FreedomPop account number and PIN. All phone number transfers are completed during the SIM card activation process.
Please Note! You cannot transfer a phone number into your UNREAL Mobile account at any other time, make sure you are ready to transfer your number when you start activation.
Get your FreedomPop PIN Number
Log in at my.freedompop.com and click on the Manage Settings button.
From here, click on Port Out Info.
Generate your PIN number by clicking Get Port Out Information.
Write the PIN number down, you'll need it to move your number from FreedomPop to UNREAL Mobile.
Begin activation and transfer your phone number
Now that you have your FreedomPop account details, visit unrealmobile.com/activate to begin the activation process.

You are able to port your phone number in through our streamlined FreedomPop to UNREAL Mobile porting process.
Please Note! You must select an UNREAL Mobile number first before you begin the porting process. Click here to learn how to get an UNREAL number for your account.
If you've already completed the setup steps and selected an UNREAL Mobile number, you can port your FreedomPop phone number over, using the following information.
Get your FreedomPop PIN Number
Log in at my.freedompop.com and click on the Manage Settings button.
From here, click on Port Out Info.
Generate your PIN number by clicking Get Port Out Information.
Write the PIN number down, you'll need it to move your number from FreedomPop to UNREAL Mobile.
Make sure you have an UNREAL Mobile number
Now, login at my.unrealmobile.com and click on the Devices tab.
This is important: You must have an UNREAL Mobile phone number added to your account before you can port another one in.
If you see a red "Missing Phone Number, Get One Here" message, click on it to select an UNREAL Mobile phone number. This number acts as a placeholder.
Once you have a number on your account, you can proceed with the transfer.
I have an UNREAL number, I'm ready to transfer
If you already have an UNREAL Mobile phone number, then you can select MIGRATE FREEDOMPOP NUMBER.
Enter your phone number. The system will check to see if it's a valid FreedomPop number.
Next, enter the PIN number that you got from your FreedomPop account. Your transfer is now complete.

Which application do I need?
Because you are coming from FreedomPop, you have the option of using the FreedomPop application or the UNREAL Mobile application.
If you'd like to keep your call history, feel free to continue using the FreedomPop application. Even though your phone number is now associated with your UNREAL Mobile account, your FreedomPop app will work.
If you'd like to take advantage of the UNREAL Mobile application, for a fresh UI and added features, download the UNREAL Mobile application and log in using your credentials.

Reset the device
Now, you'll need to reset your phone. What type of device do you have?
Sync Account Data Steps for an Android phone
This step will make sure that your incoming calls, outgoing calls, and text messages all recognize your new phone number.
To sync your account with your app, open the UNREAL Mobile application on your phone. Tap on the Sync Account button in the bottom right, from the ACCOUNT tab.
