I want to buy a different UNREAL Mobile CDMA phone to use with my account
If you'd like to purchase another phone from UNREAL Mobile but keep the same account, you can complete the following steps:
Step 1: Purchase a phone from unrealmobile.com under a new email address.
Step 2: Contact customer service to have the new device transferred over to your preferred account.
Step 3: Customer service will then cancel the unused account.
Step 4: Make sure to complete the Sync Account Data steps explained here.
I want to use a different Sprint B.Y.O.P phone
If you have an UNREAL Mobile account, and you'd like to switch to a BYOP phone, contact our customer service team with your new phone's MEID number. You can dial *#06# to get the MEID.
After the transfer is complete, make sure to complete the Sync Account Data steps explained here.
I want to use a different GSM Unlocked phone with my SIM card
When it comes to our LTE SIM cards, your phone number is attached to the SIM instead of your account. Therefore, all you have to do if you'd like to use a new phone is to take the SIM out of your old phone, and put it into your new one.
Make sure to configure APN Settings on your new phone after switching.
