For customers using our Premium cellular voice SIM cards
During the activation process, you can transfer a number over from another carrier (including a transfer from the old UNREAL Mobile platform to the new platform) or you can get a totally new phone number.
To get a new number, after you select a plan, click the "Get A New Number" button and fill out the form.
Please Note: If you decide to get a new number, you cannot transfer one over later on. Any phone number transfer you plan to make must be completed during activation.
You will be provided with a new number based on your Service Zip Code.
For customers using our older, Standard SIM cards
You must select an UNREAL Mobile number
Important! You have to select a new number. If you want to bring your phone number from your old carrier, you will still need to get an UNREAL Mobile phone number first. Click here to learn how to bring your number over. But remember, you have to get an UNREAL Mobile phone number first.
Not all area codes are available. If the area code you want does not show up, unfortunately, you have to pick another one.
How to get an UNREAL Mobile number
Step 1: Log into your account at my.unrealmobile.com.
Step 2: Click on Devices.
Step 3: Click on Select New Number.
Step 4: Search for a new number by City & State, Zip Code, or Area Code.
